Goals of El Galil

The ‘El Galil Fund’ was set up by ten school principals from Torah institutions throughout the Galilee, and deals with the Jewish education of boys and girls ranging from the age of six months to eighteen years - as well as offering community activities designed to involve the parents too and bring them closer to a life of Torah. The ultimate goal of the Fund is to provide assistance for the advancement and development of the schools of El Galil, and to facilitate the opening of additional educational frameworks in locations of the Galilee where there are still no religious schools. The institutions under the umbrella organization of El Galil have been in existence for over twenty years, and are home to almost 3,500 students. The organization was officially formed in the year 5766 / 2006.
